It’s The Most Wonderful Time For This Beer is an American Double IPA brewed with Citra and Amarillo hops along with ginger, peach, and turmeric tea. To impart additional complexity, we also added heaps of sweet orange peel! Pouring a hazy orange color in the glass, it carries notes of peach candy, pulpy orange juice, and an ever so gentle touch of warming spice. It is a genuinely novel flavor profile that is sure to delight your senses! This is a thoughtful beer that is carefully constructed to be a balanced and interesting representation of the ingredients it contains. It’s also meant to be fun—enjoy it with friends and family this holiday season!

Muddy, light amber color. Dense near-white head that never subsides to the surface. It provides chunky, 3-D ring and streaky lace on the glass.
Pineapple and mango are the initial smells. Subsequent sniffs brings forward a prickly, weedy hop nose. The pale malt holds up, but in the background.
The taste starts slightly sweet with a candied fruit flavor (which will again show up the swallow). The strong bitterness comes in slowly but definitively. Full bodied with ample carbonation for balance. The bitterness peaks in the finish, providing for a very long, lip-puckering aftertaste. Overall, this is a complex beer with many taste nuances.

Pours hazy, deep pumpkin orange in color with a thick, sticky, off white to slightly orange tinted head. Very nice lavcng. Nose is soft and citrus and peachy. Taste is slightly peachy. Medium bitterness.

Pours an opaque orange yellow color, with thick white head. Tons of lacing and good head retention. I get peach and apricot in the hop aroma. Taste is juicy, with a moderately bitter finish. Soft mouthfeel.

Canned 12/10/25. Classic profile of a Tree House NE DIPA in color and aroma. Loved the background taste of ginger on the palate and finish. A great holiday twist for a hazy.

Poured into a can about two weeks after it was canned. I dont get a ton of smell, and almost feel like the goal of hiding the alcohol affected the flavor because I didn’t get to much. The mouth feel was creamy and full bodied. That was the best part of the beer.

Poured from a can dated 12/1/23
Golden yellow appearance soapy head thin cap no lacing to speak of
Aroma of peach, cantaloupe, and a spicy kind of sweet floral aroma
Taste is tropical some bitter citrus rind, melon and ginger. A slightly candied Tangerine taste
Mouth feel is pretty dry and bitter on the tongue almost sour Full mouthfeel, there is a slightly sticky feel, medium carbonation spicy feeling
Overall it’s kind of a different take being that it’s spicy tasting for a ADPIA, nice layers of flavor. Good holiday beer

Picked-up a single can as part of a mixed four pack at Tree House in Sandwich for about twenty dollars. My two hundred and eighty eighth brew from these guys. Very good.
