Notes:
I'm Dreaming Of A Hazy Christmas is an American double IPA brewed with Citra and Amarillo hops along with a hot stand on Chrysanthemum flowers. Recalling a favorite tea of ours, we also included a solid dose of honey malt and wildflower honey to accentuate the floral and sweet notes of Chrysanthemum.
Pouring a hazy orange color in the glass, it carries notes of honeyed orange, unfiltered honey, and zesty grapefruit. It is a genuinely novel flavor profile that is sure to delight your senses!
This is a thoughtful beer that is carefully constructed to be a balanced and interesting representation of the ingredients it contains. It's also meant to be fun—enjoy it with friends and family this holiday season!

Picked-up a single can as part of a mixed four pack at Tree House in Sandwich for about twenty dollars. My two hundred and eighty seventh brew from these guys. Very good.

16oz can dated 12/3/21.
Pours classic Treehouse turbid with plenty of tattered lacework and persistent retention. Peach puree with pineapple juice in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Tropical citrus on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Mango, peach, pineapple, and papaya. Finishes juicy and tropical.

Consumed 2/10/22
Milky pale orange with some yellow tones, very hazy, pours with a small white head, fades to basically nothing but retains a small collar
Floral and juicy citrus, orange, tangerine, and grapefruit juice/zest, herbal hops, some green hops, floral notes, some tropical notes but they are buried under honey, like pineapple with a honey glaze, loads of honey (if I have not mentioned that enough), honey and malty sweetness, tastes a bit above 7.9%
Medium body, smooth but a little sticky, lower than average carbonation
I'm making an effort to clear through my holiday season beers before Valentine's Day. Like with "It's The Most Wonderful Time For This Beer," I had this fresh, and it has held up. Unfortunately, this one easily ranks as the lesser of the two for me. There's just too much honey. I have no idea what Chrysanthemum tastes like, and at this point I'm starting to think it tastes like honey.

Had on tap. Pours hazy, gold in color with three quarter inch head. Taste is guava, floral hops, earthy hops and melon. Medium heavy body, moderate carbonation, slightly bitter. Very unique, especially for Tree House. Nice Christmas beer.

From a 16oz can dated 12/3/21 into a tulip.
Typical beautiful TH beer. Pours an opaque orange with two fingers of thick white head. Ok retention and lacing.
Big pineapples and oranges on the nose. Some slight herbals.
Nice juicy taste. Citrus and pineapple. Earthy herbal and a bit of bubble gum.
Medium-bodied sticky-soft mouthfeel. Nice bitter aftertaste. Medium carbonation.
Nice beer but not picking up what they described it to be. Honey and flowers are very muted to missing. All that said, this is an excellent TH beer.

A: Poured from the can into a Tree House tulip. Body is hazy golden with a wisp of whitish head on top.
S: Good nose of tropical fruity hops and something sweet underneath.
T: The dominant impression is one of "sweetness" - brown sugary malt is followed by modest pineapple-type hop bitterness. Finishes with sweetness prevailing.
M: Thick - definitely feels like a Double/Imperial IPA rather than a "single" IPA. Slightly syrupy.
O: Not my cup of tea. Maybe I'm just in the mood for a lighter, brighter/more vibrant beer right now. This one's too heavy and too sweet for the moment.
