All I Want For Christmas Is Juice is an American Double IPA brewed with a fruit-forward blend of American hops along with authentic Japanese sobacha tea paired with vanilla chamomile tea. Sobacha tea is made from roasted buckwheat grown in Hokkaido Japan without pesticides or chemicals.
Pouring a hazy orange color in the glass, it carries notes of orange jam, guava soft candy, a hint of vanilla chamomile, and a pervasive and pleasant nutty undertone from the Sobacha Tea addition.
This is a thoughtful beer that is carefully constructed to be a balanced and interesting representation of the ingredients it contains. It's also meant to be fun - enjoy it with friends and family this holiday season.

Cloudy, but not milky, off-amber color. 2-finger white head that settles to mostly ring bubbles. There's a good ring after the initial sip but rather random spotting on the glass thereafter.
Brown bread with a bit of cardboard initially. Not bitter at all, the hop creates a very light earthy nose.
Slightly elevated carbonation, but the body balances this well. The malt leans towards stone fruits like plum and apricot. Not overly sweet. The hop is more pronounced on the palate than the smell suggests. Here, there's a more direct black pepper bitterness which, in the aftertaste, becomes more astringent by removing any sweetness that was initially there. it's a pleasant journey.

Completely hazy yellow brown body with a thick white head that leaves copious amounts of lacing on the glass. Smell is oatmeal, lemongrass, sweet tea (like real sweet tea from the south), sticky pine, melon. Taste is pillowy hoppiness... peach, honeydew melon, vanilla, with the finish of hoppy lemon zest and a touch of dryness that begs you to take another sip. Feel is medium to slightly thick with medium carbonation. This beer feels like a quintessential Tree House IPA with a layer from the teas that add but are honestly pretty nuanced and add a nice touch. I really like this one.

16oz undated can.
Pours cloudy gold with an inch of white fluff. Zesty, citrusy, and piney in the nose. Tangerine, apricot, peach. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Peach, orange, mango on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Finishes juicy with a hint of zesty spice.
