Notes:
JJJollyyy Juice is an amplified rendition of Jolly Juice utilizing extra kettle and dry hops alongside an intriguing and rare ingredient! By steeping dried Osmanthus flower in the wort during every phase of the process, we are able to extract incredible stone fruit-like character from this marvelous and mysterious ingredient. The resulting beer is highly enjoyable for its unique nature with floral stone fruit notes, ripe peach, and mild acidity—all amplified with additional hops! This is a compelling rendition of our favorite holiday-themed beer, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like candied sticky peach, pineapple, grapefruit, and some light grassiness.
There’s a lot of peach and general stone fruit here, with some sweet floral character, a touch of bitterness, lots of grapefruit and pineapple, and no malt character.
This is soft and creamy, with a great drinkability.
I don’t really know what the Osmanthus flower adds here – probably all that peachiness? Whatever it is, it makes for a delicious IPA.

16oz can dated 12/8/22.
Pours cloudy gold with an inch-plus head of white. Plenty of tattered lacing and persistent retention. Juicy citrus with spruce in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Peach, orange, mango on the palate with pine dew following through. Finishes juicy and ripe.

Poured into a 13 oz Teku glass canned on 12/06/22. Pours a very attractive yellow orange with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves thick streaks of lace, with amazing retention. 4.5
Aroma is mandarin, peach, mango, passionfruit, apricot, and white grapefruit. 4.25
Taste follows mandarin, peach, mango, passionfruit, apricot, and a little grapefruit bitterness. 4.25
Mouthfeel is above average, not sticky or dry, soft gentle carbonation, and at 8.2% it goes down extremely easy. 4.5
Overall another excellent NEDIPA from for me, the best in the business of making them. I recommend for sure. 4.25

2.5-month-old can poured into a tulip glass.
Pale, murky, glowing, orange-gold body with an absolute mountain of creamy, scoopable foam on top. Abundantly juicy looking, the head is amazing, and the beer provides phenomenal streaks and rings of lacing down the glass.
Familiar TH yeast, with a sweet Juicy Fruit gum note before the waves of grassiness and fruit hit. Lots of orange, mango, and pineapple, with some floral and herbal notes and lots of generic stone and tropical fruit. Similar bones to Jingle Juice (which I had previously in this box from a friend), but whereas Jingle Juice had a sharp green and starchy aspect, there’s none of that here. Not sure if it’s the bigger beer or simply the added age that’s responsible for that. Pleasant pop of pine, as well. Smells semi-sweet and a little malty. Moderately dank but very bright and juicy, as well.
Really like how the flavors come together, with candied mango, juicy orange, and ripe stone fruits taking the lead. There’s definitely a strong and appealing floral note that has a slight bite to it, but it provides a unique and wonderful compliment to the semi-sweet fruit juices. Behind the mango, orange, and stone fruits (apricot and peach, especially) there's a pretty good balance of citrus and generic tropical fruit. Also a nice resiny aspect, adding to the pleasant sharpness on the front of the tongue. Pretty high up there on my list of favorite TH beers on the tongue, even with some clearly faded punch since the can I’m drinking isn’t freshy fresh.
Feel is soft and silky and wonderfully coating, but not sticky or chewy. Very easy and delicious drinking, with zero hint that the ABV is over 8%.
Would love to try a fresher can to see how much more pop there is. Based on the can I got to enjoy, still excellent.

16 ounce can in a tulip IPA glass. Canned a few days before Santa arrived, consumed on 1/15/2021, super fresh.
Hazed yellow orange juice looking liquid, 1f white cap that retains well yet leaves little lacing.
Strong peach and stone fruit along with Holiday Seasonal aromas - evergreen, fresh pine, and peppermint.
Peach and sweet mint. Osmanthus is effective flavoring.
Smooth and creamy medium body. The abv is high yet drinks we’ll. Juicy.
Definitely a Christmas time flavored IPA that fits the TH M.O.

Not real hoppy. It relies on the osmanthus flower during the brewing.
I prefer other Treehouse DIPAs/IPAs, but it is worth buying some of this to try something different.

2 weeks old. Can to pint glass.
Look: Pours a bright hazy yellow. Long-lasting, thick white head. No floaters. Close to perfection.
Smell: Sweet citrus. Pleasant, but a bit weak.
Taste: Sweet citrus fruits. Orange, tangerine. Grapefruit zest. Also peach. Mellow bitterness.
Feel: Very full and juicy. A bit creamy. Mild carbonation.
Overall: Well-balanced, multi-faceted DIPA which drinks like a carbonated juice of ripe citrus fruits and peach. Sweet, but not too sweet. Zesty, but not too zesty. Slightly bitter. Beautiful look. Perfectly executed and a joy to drink. Even two weeks after christmas.

Pours a two finger plus head, clean white, average pour yields a good many bubbles pocking the surface, lacing is thin if weblike. The liquid is a translucent to opaque bright yellow. Agreeable and approachable nose of green melon, apricot, peach to nectarine fruit scents, strong floral musk, softer pine sap, discerning minimal dankness or funk, on some sniffs it's almost all melon. Medium-bodied, smooth and creamy, the carbonation makes it fluff outwards rather than add prickle. As fruity as the nose is the palate is drier than expected, actually helpful given that fluffiness. Fruit about the same, maybe add kiwi and mango, nothing sour nor sharp. Chamomile tea leaf, orange peel, broad florality. Well-made, poundable but not memorable. (Canned 12/19/21)
