JJJollyyy Juice is an amplified rendition of Jolly Juice utilizing extra kettle and dry hops alongside an intriguing and rare ingredient! By steeping dried Osmanthus flower in the wort during every phase of the process, we are able to extract incredible stone fruit-like character from this marvelous and mysterious ingredient. The resulting beer is highly enjoyable for its unique nature with floral stone fruit notes, ripe peach, and mild acidity—all amplified with additional hops! This is a compelling rendition of our favorite holiday-themed beer, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Cloudy, apricot juice look. Dirty gold/lighter amber color. Moderate head (for Tree House). It does settle to a thicker film on the surface and leaves extensive ring lace and connecting streaks on the glass.
Prickly pine aroma on the initial whiff. Some alcohol, a bit biting. I get a solid pale malt base on the longest sniff. In short, a clear NE IPA based on the smell.
The carbonation is slightly elevated compared to other Tree House beers. The (full) body certainly reflects their typical offerings. The beer starts with a weak malt base. This gives way to the straight-up bittering hops. Relatively dry. There's a bit of stone fruit in the finish along with the black pepper bite. Moderate, but balanced, aftertaste.

Juicy orange and tangerine aroma which is nice, but it's the flavor where the effect of the flower comes into play. The flavor starts as citrus juice but then finishes drier and snappier because of the flower, with a note of pine on the finish. We'll done.

Poured from a can dated 12/4/23
Cloudy orange thin soapy head
Aromas of peach mango and tangerine and floral notes
Taste is tropical as in stone fruits and slightly bitter citrus as in grapefruit but also a hint of sweet tangerine
Mouthfeel is fairly creamy and thick, low carbonation finishes dry and with a slight bite
Overall pretty tasty and easy drinking

Too juicy? Too Fruity? Is that possible. In my mind this is both. Likely with the acidity and overwhelming stone-fruit presence. Looks amazing in the glass, nearly ideal. Glad I got to try this one, but a bit unbalanced for me in the TH lineup.

Had on tap at Tweksbury. Pours milky, orange gold in color with one third inch head. Taste is starfruit, nectarines, and osmanthus. Medium heavy body, moderate carbonation, bitter. I gt the osmanthus from teas I have tried. This is infinitely more interesting and better than the original Jolly Juice. Nice sipper. Not a year round get if it was available but good.

From a 16oz can, dated 12/04/23. ‘Jjjingle bells.’ Served in an IPA glass.
Pours a muddy-cloudy-hazy dull orange with two fingers of soft, soapy suds. Retention is excellent, leaving a solid fat, creamy blanket - cap, collar and lacing.
Nose is disappointingly faint - sort of the smell of the water that peaches were rinsed with.
Taste is peaches and sweet cream up front followed by a significant rindy-pithy, acrid bitterness - what a contrast! Peach flavour is predominant but also tasting grapefruit juice, orange peel, tropical fruit rinds and bitter, leafy medicinal herbs.
Feel is full and creamy, medium-plus bodied with bright, semi-aggressive carbonation. Acrid bitterness is an actual physical sensation mid-palate and I’m not 100% on whether I like it or not or even whether it’s healthy.
Overall, the beer that Jolly Juice should have been. Where Jolly Juice smelled terrific and tasted meh, this iteration didn’t smell like much of anything but tasted fairly awesome. An interesting thing here is, that while I'm well accustomed to pine-like and citrus-like bitterness in IPA’s, the osmanthus brings a leafy, herbal-type acrid bitterness that’s - I think? - different, if not actually unique. I wouldn’t say ‘better’ but at least it’s a novelty. Bottom line: skip the Jolly Juice and go straight to the Jjjollyyy Juice.

Amazing beer. Yellow cloudy delight. Sticky peach and Apricot. Mouth feel is thick and creamy. Sweet but not overly so. One of the best beers I've ever had from TH.

This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like candied sticky peach, pineapple, grapefruit, and some light grassiness.
There’s a lot of peach and general stone fruit here, with some sweet floral character, a touch of bitterness, lots of grapefruit and pineapple, and no malt character.
This is soft and creamy, with a great drinkability.
I don’t really know what the Osmanthus flower adds here – probably all that peachiness? Whatever it is, it makes for a delicious IPA.

16oz can dated 12/8/22.
Pours cloudy gold with an inch-plus head of white. Plenty of tattered lacing and persistent retention. Juicy citrus with spruce in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Peach, orange, mango on the palate with pine dew following through. Finishes juicy and ripe.

Poured into a 13 oz Teku glass canned on 12/06/22. Pours a very attractive yellow orange with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves thick streaks of lace, with amazing retention. 4.5
Aroma is mandarin, peach, mango, passionfruit, apricot, and white grapefruit. 4.25
Taste follows mandarin, peach, mango, passionfruit, apricot, and a little grapefruit bitterness. 4.25
Mouthfeel is above average, not sticky or dry, soft gentle carbonation, and at 8.2% it goes down extremely easy. 4.5
Overall another excellent NEDIPA from for me, the best in the business of making them. I recommend for sure. 4.25
