Dense finger plus head, off-white, solid retention, wispy lacing. Opaque dark yellow hued liquid. The nose is heavy on the mixed citrus and comes across as quite dank, nicely peppery as well, more ripe than juicy mango, guava, apricot scents, there's an odd scent of Genoa salami that I can't shake. Medium-bodied, the carbonation creates a initial fluffiness through the attack which thankfully subsides quickly enough. Here too the dankness has a real green herbaceous bite to it. Tobacco ash with a slight minerally edge. Then the fruit rolls it over and things get sweet. The citrus more sweet than tart too. No real floral nor piney presence, finding the malts a bit lacking which impacts overall balance. Good if you have a sweet tooth but too monochrome to make much of an impression. (Canned 12/29/21)
