Vanilla Bean Nascent Truth is a young expression of Truth assembled from three standout Elijah Craig barrels aged ten months and then conditioned atop mountains of vanilla beans of various origins. It is a remarkably rich beer that masterfully weaves a potent young barrel character and vanilla with a chocolate-forward base beer in a way we have not yet captured from our program. Pouring like chocolate syrup in the glass, Vanilla Bean Nascent Truth is a bounty of bourbon, intense vanilla, fudge, cocoa, and chocolate chip cookie flavors. Relish it now or let it evolve cold for several years before opening—Enjoy!

My first fully barrel-aged offering from Tree House. Mouthfeel was the high point -- very thick, viscous, velvety, but not syrupy. Vanilla was quite noticeable and added a frosting-like character to the rich milk chocolate fudge notes and bourbon barrel character
