Ambrosia is an American IPA brewed with a blend of American hops and finished atop heaps of coconut, oranges, and pineapple. It pours a beautiful orange color in the glass and carries notes of tropical fruit salad, ripe citrus, and toasted coconut. With this beer, a combination of simple ingredients results in a beverage whose enjoyment is greater than the sum of its parts—Enjoy!

16oz undated can.
Pours cloudy gold with an inch-plus head of white. Plenty of spongy lacing and persistent retention. Orange, peach, mango, pineapple in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. No coconut is evident. Finishes very juicy and tropical.

Picked-up two cans at Tree House in Sandwich for about twelve dollars. My two hundred and eighty third brew from these guys. Canned on date this month. Good, not great.

Pours an opaque, muddy orange, similar to canned passionfruit or mango juice; no vibrancy to the color. Quarter- or half-inch head mild retention. Nose is uncannily orange Creamsicle - OJ and vanilla. Taste is exactly spot on as well. Mouthfeel is moderate, light carbonation, otherwise smooth. Flavor profile is pretty uncanny, but any description of this as having a "beautiful orange color" is laughable.

Cloudy dark orange with a fat finger of antique white head. Great retention and inkblot lacing.
Tropical aroma with peach, pineapple and vanilla.
Vanilla cream, pineapple, peach and loads of coconut in the taste. It has a tropical coconut cream pie vibe. There’s a dull earthy, not quite pithy finish that’s sort of like underripe fruit in that it’s not really bitter, but not as sweet as expected.
Full, almost chewy mouthfeel. Tight carbonation.
The coconut in this is dialed to eleven. Way too much for me; but I don’t like coconut. YMMV.

Nice looking hazy orange with sweet lacing. The nose is really off putting to me. It like Trix or Fruit Loops meets hops - not a happy marriage. The flavor profile is better but not much. The fruit is not quite as obnoxious as the aroma. The fruit makes sense with the guava, coconut & pineapple notes predominant. Finishes fine.

Pours hazy, orange gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is Ambrosia, coconut, pineapple and orange. Slightly bitter but with a sweet aftertaste similar to Treat, moderate carbonation, medium body. Delicious and unique. Tastes like the sweet treat. I like this one. Tree House has not hit on all recent releases but I really like this.
