Notes:
New Day is a rendition of Spring featuring an amplified kettle and dry hop application of the hop blend. Pouring an attractive yellow color in the glass, it carries flavors and aromas of orange juice, mixed berries, clementine, and shades of stone fruit offset by a thirst-quenching bitterness.
The artwork, illustrated by our longtime friend Dean McKeever, portrays the feeling of renewal and hope that comes with each new Spring.

16 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass. Pours a hazy/opaque orange with a fluffy off-white head. Good retention and lacing. Aroma and flavor feature orange juice, lightly bitter candied citrus rind, ripe tropical fruit, peach, creamy wheat, and a hint of dank onion/garlic. Mouthfeel is smooth, creamy, and hides the 7.8% abv well. Overall this is a fantastic (D)NEIPA.

Canned 3/31/22. “Kofimania!“ stamped on the bottom of the can
Nearing the end of my latest batch of Tree House reviews, we have another new beer from them. I only have this and the highly sought after Truth left to review from this run, but I might have to wait for a special moment for that one. In the meantime, let’s crack this one open
Pours a hazy burnt gold with 2 fingers of soapy white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
This one feels more tropical than usual in the nose, while balancing these fruity notes out with a firm bitterness. I’m picking up on aromas of overripe cantaloupe, white pepper, crackery malt, pineapple, earthy mango, weedy/grassy hops, and orange zest
The taste doesn’t quite match the balance struck in the aroma, but it’s still just as good. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting tangerine, crackery malt, peppery hops, pineapple juice, grassy hops, and light mango. The swallow brings notes of grassy hops, earthy mango, crackery malt, orange zest, overripe cantaloupe, and earthy mango
A medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a chewy beer that is equalized by the bitterness. Finishes neutral but maybe a tad sticky
This is one of their most impressive newer beers for sure. The balance is wonderful and it’s quite refreshing. I’ll definitely have to pick this up again

Pours ultra hazy, pale gold in color with one inch head. Taste is clementine, starfruit, and melon. Medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly bitter. Very tasty ipa. Nice smoothed out Spring. Would get this again.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Tree House in Sandwich for twenty one dollars. Fine beer, but not worth a price point above the OGs.
