Canned 6/2/22. "Strawberry tart forever" stamped on the bottom of the can
I've had a few of the TH Berliner's before, and while they're never mind blowing, they're always fun. I'm going full on strawberry assault with this one by pairing it with homemade strawberry lemon ice cream. Should be fun for a warm summer night after a long day
Pours a cloudy deep gold with 2 fingers of creamy white head that fades to a thin ring and leaves minimal lacing
The strawberry is very full in the nose, fresh and sweet but lightly tart at the same time. I'm picking up on notes of strawberry sorbet, lemon juice, orange juice, bready malt, and earthy wheat
Upon taking the first sip, I suddenly remember that TH loves to make these ones super tart, and it works nicely here. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting sour lemon juice, tart strawberry, juicy raspberry, wheat bread, and crackery malt. The swallow brings notes of strawberry sorbet, lemon zest, wheat bread, and orange juice
A light medium body pairs with moderate carbonation, resulting in a crisp and tart beer. Finishes mostly dry with a balanced tartness
This one is definitely my favorite in the series so far. It's hard to get strawberry to come through in a beer, but they did it very well

16 oz can.
Lightly cloudy golden pour with a small off-white head. No retention or lacing as expected from the style.
Smells just like strawberry yogurt. Some wheat bread, strawberry juice mix, and light acidity.
Strong flavors of strawberry short cake, strawberry Icee, wheat and citrus zest.
The feel is light bodied with good carbonation. Watery, but drinkable as hell with a lingering tartness.
Overall, this is a great Berliner. Tree House has been hit-or-miss with this style but this one is definitely a hit.

Pours slightly murky, gold in color with one inch head. Taste is strawberry and sour mix. Light bodied, sour, with medium high carbonation. Loads of great strawberry taste. Layers and layers of flavor. Nice Berlinner.
