Ramble is a dry-hopped rendition of Trail that was then conditioned for an extended period in American oak.
This treatment softens and rounds the Simcoe character from the dry-hop, creating a beautifully textured and elegant lager that is unique and incredibly refreshing.
It represents the height of our lager program, now close to a decade in the making. Enjoy!

16 oz can.
Pours a clear pale golden color with a massive, soapy white head. Good head retention. Leaves some sticky cobwebs of lacing along the top of the glass.
The aroma brings notes of bready pilsner malts, as well as some freshly cut grass and light citrus. Nice, earthy hop aroma with a hint of damp oak chips.
The flavor is loaded with biscuity malts, cereal grains, grass, and a fair bit of citrus. Very clean finish.
The feel is light bodied with good carbonation. Not prickly, but relatively dry and exceptionally drinkable.
Overall, this is a great German style pils that is both flavorful and absurdly drinkable. Possibly the best lager made by Tree House.
