Double Nectarous Guava is an American Double IPA brewed with a studious selection of fruit-forward American hops, a heavy dose of guava purée, and a touch of milk sugar.
Pouring a vibrant orange color into the glass, it carries overtly saturated notes of guava creamsicles, mixed tropical fruit, and guava chews.
Meticulously brewed to be incredibly flavorful yet deliciously drinkable, Double Nectarous Guava is a delightful beverage with wide appeal—Enjoy!

L - pours a muted straw yellow haze with thick turbidity and a coursely-bubbled head that looks great.
S - opens with melon and guava, accented by Fruit Stripe gum. Sweet peach rings.
T - balanced guava candy and Nilla wafers. Blue Gatorade, fruit salad, and orange juice bitterness to restrain the oft-overwhelming guava when it comes to TH brews. Finish is mildly spicy with some hoppiness.
F - medium body with good velvety..ness, thanks in part to the vanilla and of course the other part is TH magic.
O - perhaps more muted compared to other TH guava fare, but also the most balanced. Milk sugar does well to tame the guava and add more backbone. Good, but could use more flavor potency.

16oz can courtesy of Roguer. Canned on October 17, 2022, per the stamp on the bottom of the can.
Poured into a teku, this was an utterly opaque tangerine shade of amber, with a good sized, creamy, eggshell-white head. Nice rings of lace.
Smells as advertised, and it's good. Guava aroma up front, with a vanilla like sweetness and a slightly bitter, peppery scent in the background. In this beer, it's the guava's world, and everything else lives in it.
Taste is like the smell, but richer, and more complex. Guava flavor is up front, but immediately paired with a sweet vanilla-like flavor and a bitter, spicy, almost piney flavor sits in the background, keeping things from getting cloying.
Creamy, almost dessert-like mouth feel. Practically a milkshake IPA. Presumably that's the vaunted milk sugar doing it's magic.
I'm not really into sessioning these kinds of beers, but this is really good. I'd probably hit it on the regular if local to me, like I do Fluffy Puffy. Great stuff! Thanks, Andrew!

From a 16oz can, dated 09/21/22. Who are you? Served in a tulip.
Pours a hazy-opaque melon-yellow with a scant quarter-finger of suds, gone too quickly to really even get much of a look at.
Aroma is all yeasty and more bread roll-like than fruity.
The bread roll carries through into the flavour, too, only now it’s all slathered in sweet-and-bitter marmalade - taste is sharp, tart and acidic, puckery, rindy. Tasting guava, orange juice, papaya and aspirin. A mildly sour boozy aftertaste.
Feel is juicy, creamy, relatively thin bodied with fine, bright carbonation. A slight acidic smoulder.
Overall, it’s good, I guess. OK, it’s pretty darn good. I mean, I can’t keep buying these fruited IPA’s and then pretending I don’t really like them, can I?

Pours hazy, orange gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is big guava and orange juice. Medium body, low carbonation, bitter. A slightly above average milkshake IPA. Guava shines, but not as good as other Double Nectarous versions.
