Taking their foot off of the pedal for a brief stroll through the peach orchard, Tree House gives their IPA recipe a brief break as they embark upon a heavily infused peach pale ale, done in the hazy New England style of course.
Tiny Peach is big on fruit as its sultry pitted fruit aromas take center stage with the first pass of the nose. Pouring a foggy and creamy golden peach color, the them of peach just keeps on rolling. Underneath its creamy eggshell froth lies an initial taste of cereal, cream, honeysuckle and shortcake in full support of the hops and fruit to come.
As waves of hops wash over the middle palate, a complementary mix of orange, mango, papaya and apricot add complexity and reinforcement to the peach additions. Smooth creamy and persistent with malt and cereal grains, the plump taste and texture remains rounded, smooth and slightly bitter with fruit beer, herbal grasses and light hemp.
Medium bodied but trending full, the beer simply has a plush peach character that's airy, creamy and radiant on the tastebuds. A fruit filled finish is met with a grain forward flavor and a tepid bitterness for balance. Its another delicious but slightly ill-balanced beer by Tree House.
