Curiosity 127 features an exotic blend of hops including Eclipse, Zamba, Rakau, and Nelson. It carries a novel flavor experience with notes of juicy tropical fruit, orange candy, peach flesh, and white grape offset by a mild bitterness. The label, illustrated by our longtime friend and collaborator Dean McKeever, depicts a seasonally appropriate scene to add to your enjoyment of this unique offering.

From a 16oz can dated 11/3/22 into a tulip. Can message: "Stay curious like Tom"
Pours an opaque deep orange with about one finger of white head. Incredible retention and lacing.
Big orange aromas on the crack of the can give way to some grapes and peaches. Some citrus peal in there as well.
Taste follows. Oranges, peaches, grapes and a healthy dose of bubble gum. Some ripe melon. Slight bitterness.
Super soft, full-bodied mouthfeel. Light bitter aftertaste. Medium carbonation.
An excellent brew-a lot of fun to drink.

From a 16 oz can dated 11/03/22. Wonderful dankness on the nose on this one. Delicious.

Canned 11/3/22. “Stay curious like Tom” stamped on the bottom of the can
It seems like Tree House is really slowing down with the Curiosity series. The last one I had was months ago and it was #125, now we’re only at #127. Not that it really matters, just something I noticed. Let’s see what this latest iteration is all about
Pours a hazy orange gold with 3 fingers of creamy off white head that slowly fades to a cap and leaves decent lacing
There’s actually a nice bright bitterness to this one in the nose. I’m picking up on aromas of grapefruit juice, bready malt, grassy hops, orange zest, underripe peach, white pepper, and light weed
I was hoping for a little more bitterness in taste given the nose but this is still nice. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting orange zest, lychee, bready malt, peppery hops, underripe peach, light tangerine, and grass. The swallow brings notes of orange juice, white grape, underripe peach, peppery hops, weed, bready maltc and light lychee
A medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a a silky beer. Finishes neutral and dries over time
Once again, I was hoping that bright bitterness would have carried over into taste, but I still really dig this
