Estate Peach is a mixed fermentation ale conditioned atop peaches planted, cared for, and harvested at Tree House Farm & Fermentory. Pouring a golden orange color into the glass, it carries notes of ripe summer peach, mild funk, straw, and mixed stone fruit. It carries minimal acidity, allowing the purest essence of our native fruit to shine through. Cherish, and enjoy.

Bottle poured into a goblet. Orangish yellow color. Very nice funky nose. Mild peach on the tongue, but a lot of funk. Very smooth. Peach comes out stronger as this warms. Would recommend for the Funk!

Tree House has been putting out a lot of Saisons lately, and a peach Saison sounds like a fantastic move for them, so of course I had to pick this one up. I do hope this one has a little more funk than their Saisons usually do, but I’m sure it’ll be good either way. Let’s dive in

Pours a cloudy pale gold with 2 fingers of creamy white head that fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing

The peach adds a nice tartness in the nose but it’s still nicely balanced. I’m picking up on aromas of jammy peach, lemon zest, tart apricot, bready malt, wildflower honey, tannic white wine, white pepper, and light floral hops

The tartness does keep up in taste, but it’s a bit more earthy as well. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting tart peach, stone, bready malt, lemon zest, honey, white pepper, and white grape. The swallow brings notes of tart apricot, earthy wheat, jammy peach, tannic white wine, bready malt, pear skin, light floral hops, and stone

A light medium body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a crisp and tart beer. Finishes dry and earthy with a slight bitterness

This one is just awesome, probably my favorite TH Saison to date. It’s a huge step in the right direction for this side of them
