Extra Coconut Human Condition is a rich and delicious Tree House stout with notes of caramel, chocolate, and an extra massive charge of toasted coconut! It is designed to capture the spirit and flavor of caramel coconut cookies with chocolate drizzle.
Pouring a deep black color into the glass, its frothy tan head releases aromas of toasted coconut, milk chocolate, and creamy coffee. With our first sip, we taste notes of soft baked macaroons and chocolate ice cream topped with crunchy coconut flakes, fading into a caramel candy finish.
In the breadth of the human condition, we hope this beer can offer a moment of joy amidst the endless ups and downs we encounter as we make our way through this fortunate journey of life.

16oz. Can into a Tree House teku.
Pours pitch black. Viscous, rich, thick. Nice 1 finger light mocha head. Amazing look for a non-imperial stout. Nose is chocolate, coca cola, light roast, and vanilla. Really aromatic. Opens chocolate and coca cola. My palate's smacked with loads of toasted coconut and coconut water. Vanilla smoothes out the middle. Touch of roasted malt and smoke at the end. Course brown sugar in the aftertaste. Body is medium with moderate to low carbonation. Chewy. Thicker than expected. Clean, short finish.
Just the slightest bit in the sweet side but this is excellent overall.

Picked up two cans recently at Tree House Brewery in Sandwich, Massachusetts for about twelve dollars. My three hundred and eightieth brew from these guys. Very solid.

Chocolate malt balls, a hint of vanilla, a hint of caramel, and a coconut nose on this one! Taste very closely with a hint of coconut and a Baker's chocolate bitter finish. I was hoping for more caramel and coconut, but this is full and soft on the palate. Pretty good!

Poured from a 16 oz can into a DFH shaped pint glass

Beer pours black with no visible highlights, and about 2 fingers worth of dense tan head. The head slowly recedes leaving behind no lacing.
The aroma hits you over the head with coconut as soon as you pour the beer! Once you get past the coconut you get roasted malts, caramel, chocolate, and vanilla, with hints of coffee. Reminiscent of a Mounds candy bar, or a Samoa Girl Scout Cookie.
The flavor gives you a huge charge of Coconut as soon as it hits your tongue. As with the aroma, once you get past the coconut you get roasted malts, slightly bitter chocolate, vanilla, coffee, and caramel. Coconut is definitely the star of the show with this one. Full bodied and lightly carbonated. Slightly slick on the tongue and very easy to drink.
Overall, this is a great beer. I have not had the opportunity to try the base beer in order to compare them, but this one is a homerun. Sweet, but not overly so. The beer walks the line of being too sweet but never crosses it, the roasted malts seem to bring balance to the beer, making it quite drinkable
