As we enter 2023, we have spent much time reflecting upon our work in 2022. We believe we did our best work yet, from our canned cocktail program to our classic styles beer program to our ever-expanding cold brew line-up. Not to mention, the quality and depth of our core offerings - IPA - reached new heights.

16oz can poured into a globe. Barely over 3 months old at time of consumption and refrigerated the whole time.
A: Dull golden color with swamp water murkiness. Creamy two finger head retains very well. Ample thick and webby lacing stickage.
S: Orange creamsicle and pineapple, pina colada, kiwi and papaya. Green and oily, but in a very tame way. Pound cake.
T: Opens with that pineapple-y and creamy Pina colada type of flavor, sans coconut. Orange juice. Big hit of ruby red grapefruit in all its bitter glory. Some butter, earthy pine. Oily. Estery with a subtle interplay of tropical fruits like papaya and honeydew melon. Grainy and wheaty mid palate, but quickly overtaken by a pound cake sort of character. Orange creamsicle and grapefruit finish.
M: Medium-full body with a deeply creamy and velvety texture. Fluffy and airy. Well carbonated, but gentle. Mild hop astringency.
O: I really like this beer. It's a great melding of old school and new. There's all the haze and playful tropical fruit you want, working in tandem with a great citrus and pine west coast hop charge. It's a big and filling beer, but the bitterness helps balance things and keep it relatively drinkable. Reminds me of the prototypical NE IPAs like Heady Topper. Excellent stuff overall.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Bradford's in Plymouth recently for about twenty one dollars. My two hundred and ninetieth brew from these guys. Very good.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2023 DIPA 1/1/23
Acquired 12/30/22 at the Deerfield branch location.
Poured from the 16 oz. can into an English nonick. Canned 12/23/22.
a: Opaque dark yellow with a 3/4th inch thick white head which receded to thick even surface foam and very dense lacing.
s: Mild tropical fruit.
t: Follows the nose but at first perhaps a bit more bitter than the usual Tree House heaven. Hopefully a harbinger of better things to come, since the can slogan is "the best is yet to come."
m: solid medium with good carbonation tingle.
o: An exceptional NEDIPA. Tree House quality from top to bottom.
