Each blend in our Thrice Cream series begins as a purposefully-blended selection of Truth And Quadruple Shot aged between six and twenty-four months in bourbon barrels. For the chocolate variant, barrels were chosen specifically for their heavy chocolate-forward appeal. We quite literally searched out the most milk chocolaty barrels we could in the depths of our barrel warehouse. No other adjuncts were added.

L - dense af out the glass. You can really feel the bl00ps when cranking up the turbulence.
S - coffee ice cream. Light cinnamon, light spice. Bourbs ofc.
T - milk chocolate in act 1... intense, burning popcorn act 2... acrid dark roast, fin.
F - a velvet voyage with the occasional pocket of rough seas.
O - definitely not your evening ice cream.

Pours thick and black with little or no head. Nose of wood barrel (odd) that carries over to palate. Some coffee; I don’t get chocolate. Very thick, but carbonation on the tongue. Long sweet aftertaste of wood and some bitterness. A bit cloying over time. Bottom line: rather odd. For the cost, TH has better.

Pours opaque, jet black in color with minimal head. Taste is chocolate and cocoa ice cream. Heavy body, low carbonation, slightly sweet. Yes this has the taste and feel of chocolate ice cream. Is it worth $10 or unique enough in the Tree House lineup, probably not...but a good beer.
