Stately – Honey is a delicate table beer brewed and can-conditioned with local wildflower honey. A base of white wheat provides a flavorful backbone to this mixed fermentation ale. Pouring a vibrant yellow color into your glass, it carries notes of mild funk, sweet honey, and cracker-like malts delicately propelled by tight and pleasant carbonation–Enjoy!

I really enjoyed Stately Dark when I got it on my last trip, and I’m a sucker for honey, so picking this one up was a no brainer. I really like that Tree House keeps expanding their Saison program, I’ve seen a great evolution of it. Let’s crack this one open and see what it has to offer
Pours a cloudy yellow gold with 2 fingers of soapy white head that slowly fades to a ring and leaves minimal lacing
The nose is vibrant for sure, but a bit more on the subdued side without much funk. I'm picking up on aromas of lemon zest, crackery malt, wildflower honey, straw, white pepper, mango skin, and light grass
In taste the funk is turned up which I appreciate, but it still remains wonderfully balanced and honey-forward. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting wet hay, lemon juice, wildflower honey, petrichor, earthy wheat, crackery malt, crabapple, and light mango skin. The swallow brings notes of crackery malt, sweet honey, earthy wheat, wet hay, lemon juice, apple skin, floral hops, grass, and white pepper
A light medium body pairs with moderate carbonation, resulting in a creamy yet crisp beer. Finishes bone dry with a nice balance
Oh yeah, this one is great. I'm so glad this was a 4 pack because I'll be enjoying the rest, and I'm sure I can find some great food pairings for it

What a great beer. The aroma is amazingly vibrant, peach skin, lemon pepper, crackers, distant wet hay, and more. The flavor is just a touch funkier than the smell suggested it would be. The fruit, lemon pepper, and wet hay are more prominent, well the crackers are more subdued. Dry and delicate overall, this is a gem.
