12 oz can.
Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a monstrous white head. Excellent retention and lacing.
Aromas of grass, doughy malt, stone fruit and citrus zest with a hint of herbal tea.
The flavor is bursting with fruity notes of peach, lime, and orange marmalade with plenty of bready malt and grassy, herbal spice.
Medium-light bodied with effervescent carbonation. Crisp and clean. Dry on the finish.
Overall, I freakin' love this beer. It's not the best lager I've ever had by a long shot, but it’s quite possibly the most drinkable, and still boasts loads of flavor. This is my desert island beer.

On tap-side pull-at the Saratoga Springs location (5/30/25) into a mug
Pale yellow color, white head-about two fingers. Great retention and ok lacing.
Aromas of peach, berry, bread and flowers.
Taste follows.
Smooth, creamy, light mouthfeel. Low carbonation.
Enjoyable. Very nice twist on the style.

something really distinctive and special, i am thankful for my beer friends all over the place! not sure ive ever heard of peacharine hops before, a new zealand varietal i know nothing about, but the name gives us a clue. what a unique and modern lager, impressively complex yet drinkable, dialed in, thoughtful, intentional, the kind of thing i expect from these guys, and i love beer that i can learn something from! blonde and frosted looking delicate and airy white headed, effervescent carbonation on it, this beer leaps from the can and the glass, soft and pretty. the aroma is unique, more herbal than expected but stone fruity too, with apricot and peach notes for sure, juicy and ripe and summery but also kind of subtle, the core identity of the base pils, which is quite distinctive, remains in tact, this isnt ipa or pale ale or anything. some green tea and white florals in the aroma and in the flavor too, orange and meyer lemon in the middle, modest finishing bitterness. the grain is fresh and flavorful here too and this has cool balance, an old world foundation with a majorly new wave hop thing, fruity but not annoying, love the approach to this. its dry, even without any hop oiliness or anything, clean on the back end with lightly european character to the yeast. i get lemongrass, mandarin orange, and definitely peaches from the hops, real cool. id love to see this hop in a more ipa type context, but it rules in this lager too. great carbonation, tidy overall, incredibly original, refreshing too. loved it!

L: golden clear, white head with foamy bubbles that sat for a while
S: fruity aroma, but a bit muddled
T: fruity peach; a bit more sweet than I'd want and not as grainy as I'd probably want as well
F: Light and bubbly, easy drinker
O: German pils base - but this is more of a peachy / melon lager. It's good, just need to know what you're getting into!
