You are holding an amplified version of Jubilee, our original Peacharine-focused beer, which features enormous hop charges in both the kettle and the dry hop. In addition to the beautiful peachy character, we experience massively saturated notes of earthy citrus, white wine, tropical fruit, and star fruit.
Every once in a while, a hop comes along that speaks to us in a way few others do. Peacharine, from New Zealand, is one of those hops. Very Jubilee is a showcase for this delightful novelty from the Land of the Long White Cloud. Canned 02/04/26. Pours a hazy amber orange. Lovely nose of peach and tropical fruit. Equally lovely on the palate and a smooth finish with nice bitterness. Excellent!

Cheers to MutuelsMark for this one
Pours a super-hazed with 2 fingers of meringue like pearl colored head. Great head retention & lacing
S: Citrus with lesser amounts of tropical fruit. Nose is the only thing really holding this beer back
T: Tangerine, lime, passion fruit & green melon & peach, some dryness up front. Peach, white grape & guava as this beer warms up, also tangerine, pink grapefruit, pineapple & dryness. Finishes with pineapple, tangerine, dryness, green melon & pink grapefruit
MF: Medium body, cream carbonation, some acidity
Easy to drink, nice juicy & deceptive delivery of ABV

Pours cloudy opaque turbid gold color with a dense creamy white foam head. Smells like a basket of peaches, fresh stone fruit, peach, nectarine, mango, pineapple, passionfruit, white wine grape, guava, orange citrus, lime, grapefruit, some caramelized bready grainy malt, and floral earthy herbal grassy resinous pine. Tastes a little spicy with big flavors of stone fruit, some tropical and citrus flavors of mango, pineapple, passionfruit, white grape, guava, orange citrus, lime, white grapefruit, nectarine, fresh peaches, some light toasty bready caramelized grainy malts, black pepper spice, and floral earthy herbal grassy resinous pine. Feels medium-full bodied, creamy soft and smooth with moderate low carbonation. Overall a really great Peacharine hopped hazy DIPA.

Being a MASSHOLE, I have been blessed with the abundance of THE TREE…I’ve only had about a dozen or so of their offerings thus far, but this one I yearn for, the carrot at the end of the stick that is the grind of the 8 hour CONAN wheel…a must. I need MORE.
