On tap at Tree House Brewing in Deerfield, MA.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like honey, pleasantly floral sweetness, unmistakable gin botanicals, and pine.
The gin barrel character on this one is very light and supportive, and doesn’t come anywhere close to overwhelming the great pilsner. There’s a floral and spicy botanical character, spruce, and a honey-like sweetness, on top of a crackery and bready malt backbone. There’s also a slight hint of oak. This works much better than it should have, and I’m really happy to have been able to try it.
This is light bodied, clean, and super crisp, with a great drinkability.
This is really unique and just so much fun to be able to try.
