Pamiątka is brewed with premium European Pilsner malt, pouring a straw yellow that billows with sticky white foam, sitting atop the glass like a summer cumulus cloud. Utilizing authentic Polish Lubelski and Izabella Hops, aromas of bergamot zest and a floral bouquet enticing enough for a honey bee drifts o a vigorous pour. Following this classic profile is a strikingly clean minerality, balanced bitterness and lingering notes of lemon verbena and cracked bread.

Clear gold with a tall but airy white foam head.
Much more unique than I was expecting, the malt profile is almost like a sort of corn puree, but with some white bun, countered by a potent floral bitterness in the dry finish. An essence of almond?
Complex but crushable.

Purchased cold at TH Saratoga 1-week ago for $14.40/4-pack. Kept cold until served. Poured from a 16-oz can simply dated 2025 to a bulbous, tulip/weizen-like glass.
Pours out almost clear, just slightly translucent with a light to medium gold color. A pure white head forms about ¼-inch/6mm tall. The head lasts maybe 2-minutes and fades to a single layer of bubbles. Lacing is generous with every glass tilt and about 15% of that clings for minutes.
The aroma is quite malty with underlying grass notes.
The taste is also malty in the front, think rye bread. However the effervesce turns on the hops that start slightly bitter but change to a subtle lemony sweetness. After the swallow the mouth dries out like desiccant was in there. Actually interesting.
The mouthfeel is a little heavier than a “standard” Pilsner and also slightly oily.
Although I have had some Polish-originated Pilsners and lagers I don’t have much recollection of them, so I don’t really know how to rate this to style. The beer is enjoyable and interesting. I think it would be great with some Polish food. It would stand up to some heavy flavors well.

On tap at Tree House Brewing Company in Charlton, MA.
This one pours a golden light yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This one smells almost tea-like, with honey, bready malt, herbal spice, and lemon.
This has a wonderful hop character, almost rye-like in it’s spice, with lemon peel, floral tones, and tea – the description of Lubelski hops says bergamot, and that definitely brings that tea vibe. There’s a minerally and bready malt character here, too.
This is lighter bodied, clean, crisp, and super drinkable.
I’ve obviously not had many Polish pilsners, but this hits the spot, and I imagine hits the style notes relatively well.

polish style lager, which is either becoming a thing, or becoming a thing in the states finally, its a cool style, a lot like a classic old world pils, but these polish hops are intriguing to me, i just wish someone would use them in something actually hoppy, i like what i get from them in these styles and in this beer in particular, but it always seems like they would play well in pale and ipa too, not to mention something like dry hopped saison, but i digress. this is nice lager, clean and simple at its core, decidedly european even before the hops, golden in color with a lively inch or more of head from the can, clear and highly carbonated, a nose of crackery pils type malt, biscuit, and the dried floral elements of the hops, super unique, sort of noble-esque, but lots more going on it seems, hints of lime, elderflower, pear, and dandelion, springy and lively, green in a good way, without being overdosed. the flavor follows, balanced but to me still hop driven because of how distinctive the hops actually are, and im here for it. subtle floral honey, green melon, and white tea, verbena and bee balm herbal qualities too, middle of the road bitterness but id be curious about bigger earlier doses of these hops and their bittering potential. the lagering needs to be mentioned too, excellent crispness and cleanness about the whole thing even in a somewhat less flavorful strain, this really is refreshing for being as flavorful as it is. polish hops are awesome, im ready for someone to go bolder with them, but i am thankful to have been able to drink this one, these guys continue to do great in more than just the ipa styles even though that is what they are known for. their lagers have impressed me recently!

Pours a lightly hazy golden, white head, great retention. Floral honeysuckle nose. This is mostly nice, the bitterness of the hops which are fairly assertive. The bitterness kind of has that Sharpie market type of harshness. A noble effort but a bit harsh.

Pours clear, gold in color with one inch head. Taste is lemon verbena, grain and earthy hops. Light bodied, bitter, moderate carbonation. If you close your eyes it is like drinking an imported Tyskie or Okocim. A part of me is tickled pink that Polish pils have made it to Tree House's lineup. It is a very very good representation of it, and it does tastes different than traditional Czech and German pils. Nowhere in the same ballpark as getting Okocim fresh in Gdansk but tasty and reminds me of that place. Yeah I might get this again.
