Trail Wet Hop Cascade is a rendition of our Pilsner, wet-hopped with boatloads of fresh-picked Cascade that went straight from the field, onto a plane, and to Tree House under a nitrogen cold flush during shipping. It explodes with orange candies and ruby red grapefruit flavor atop a crisp and refreshing lager base. As the market moves toward the conveniences of pelletized and liquid fresh hop products, we continue to pursue the decidedly old school, going farm-direct in this increasingly rare delight.

Pours a clear light amber - looks like a Pilsner. Smells like one too. But in the taste, the cascade dry hopping is noticeable, giving a nice citrusy bitterness. My favorite of the three fresh/wet hop versions of trail I tried recently.
