Had on tap at Sandwich. Pours murky, chestnut in color with one inch head. Taste is big smoke and dry porter. Medium body, moderate low carbonation, smoky. Base is that of a porter. I prefer Tree House's other rauchbier more but this is tasty. The body is a bit dry. Better than most American attempts at the style.
