The idea behind Party Time was to craft a Tree House-style IPA that was remarkably berry-forward! So, we used all our berry-forward hops - Mosaic, Pink, Barbe Rouge, Hallertau Blanc, early pick Galena, Simcoe, and Belma - intensely in this beverage.

Had on tap at Tewksbury. Pours hazy, orange gold in color with one half inch head. Taste is blackberries,orange juice, and blueberries. Heavy body, moderate light carbonation, bitter. Very berry forward but still not as berry forward as fresh Perfect Storm. Nice imperial ipa. Fine with one though.
