Curiosity One Hundred Thirty-Nine is our ongoing endeavor to push the limits of what is possible in hoppy beer through relentless tweaking, experimentation, and risk-taking. A series a decade in the making, it has contributed to countless improvements in our core beers and given rise to new ones. Utilizing pale malt, dextrin malt, and flaked wheat, Curiosity One Hundred Thirty-Nine experiments with hop timing and temperature, particularly in the whirlpool and the dry hop. Pouring an appealing glowing yellow color into your glass, it carries fresh citrus, mango, and pineapple notes with a smooth and easy-drinking finish. The bitterness is restrained, making it an absolute pleasure to gulp.
