The beer in this can was conditioned atop a mountain of house-roasted coffee, chocolate, and organic freeze-dried bananas. The result is an incredibly decadent delight, with notes of chocolate-dipped bananas, rich chocolate banana milkshakes, and delectable banana cream chocolate truffles. It’s a remarkable, memorable, and delicious treat.

Taking their espresso stout out for bananas foster, Tree House seems limitless in their desire for variety, decadence and intensity in dessert beer.
Jet black and trailing with sticky legging against the glass, Chocolate Banana Quadruple Shot releases a chocolate laced meringue of a froth along with a truly decadent scent of chocolate, coffee, cream, caramel, banana and toast. In somewhat banana split fashion, the taste of chocolate and banana seems coated with butterscotch syrup, caramel, sweet cream and java latte. As sweet as it sounds, a heavy coat of malt slathers the middle palate as the slightly smoky, toasty, roasty balance reveals stronger espresso notes laced with kahlua and cream liquors.
Full, chewy and pleasantly cloying, the imperial stout is best enjoyed a few ounces at a time as its enormous taste and texture brings on palate fatigue rather quickly.
