Mango Tart is a tart session beer constructed to be a refreshing, easy-drinking beer with a zippy amount of acidity and a dry body. It is brewed with a significant amount of wheat in the grist bill and conditioned upon a judicious dose of fresh mango purée. After resting for several weeks in stainless it is imparted with a tight and spritzy carbonation. Mango Tart features tongue pleasing acidity balanced by flavors of under ripe mangoes, plain yogurt, lemon curd, and subtle funk. It finishes cleanly, eschewing bracing sourness, with hints of white wheat and cracker malt gracing the palate.

Poured from the can into a tall wheat ale glass.
Bright crystal clear, with a brassy deep yellow shine. Foamy almost stryofoam like top with a bright white fine bubbled head, reaching easily three fingers. Settles slowly with no lacing, and sitting up on lots of linear carbonation.
Big sweet and fruity aroma of bursting mango, candy apple, and even bubblegum. Quite a diverse nose and maybe just a hint of sour tartness but real impressive fruit angle.
Palate comes more down to earth and to hinting of style. Tart but not puckering, with a mid palate of chewy mango and hinting of lemon zest and oil. Quite a surprising doughy and bread like finish, almost like light pastry and giving a hint of sweet malt. Light bodied, but filled with excellent mouthfeel and dense palate.
Quite a solid memorable fruited wheat brew.

Gifted with canned date of summer 2024. Delivers as advertised: pours golden translucent with a rich 1 finger head that reduced quickly. Hmmm, aroma is fruity. Taste is a very tart sweet, with some smacky. Underripe mango?, lemony, Club crackers. Feels tart again, clean and very drinkable. It’s a very good Sour!

Canned Spring 2024
All of the Tree House Tart series beers have been pretty solid if not a bit simplistic. I did already try a can of this one last week without reviewing it and I wasn't particularly impressed, but it was decent nonetheless. Let's crack it open and dive right in
Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a finger of soapy white head that slowly fades to a ring and leaves minimal lacing
The nose is basic but has a nice tart bite to it. I'm picking up on aromas of mango skin, crackery malt, lemon zest, sweet honey, earthy wheat, and light white pepper
It's less defined in taste, still with a decent tartness but a bit bland. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting tart mango, bready malt, sweet honey, lemon zest, white pepper, and peach rings. The swallow brings notes of mango skin, lemon zest, bready malt, sweet honey, earthy wheat, peach rings, and light vanilla
A light medium body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a crisp beer. Finishes a tad sticky but dries out over time
This is definitely my least favorite in the series so far, but it’s still pretty decent all things considered
