Bright White Sun is a New Zealand IPA that uses an extraordinary does of Rakau, Wakatu, and Nelson hops throughout the brewing process, and incorporates many of the new and innovative techniques from our recent Curiosity Series efforts.
Pouring a milky yellow color into your glass, it primes your senses for the tropical experience to come. We enjoy notes of papaya, lemon-lime, Sauvignon Blanc, and juicy orange with a thirst-quenching bitterness to entice your next sip.
Bright White Sun was brewed to accompany us to the Land of the Long White Cloud, and we can’t wait to share this sun-kissed delight with the growers who make such a wonderful beer possible.

Canned 3/8/24, kept icy cold for the trip back to Pennsylvania. Loved this- initial notes of sweetness amidst papaya and citrus. Foamy persistent head, nice lacing on the glass. It was hard to sip slowly, I had to hold back the urge to drink faster :-)

Canning date 03/08/2024. Another delicious NE IPA from Tree House. A little sharper is aroma and taste than Ivory Cloud which I had earlier today, but nonetheless delicious.

Canned 3/8/24. "I saw you in a dream last night" stamped on the bottom of the can
Tree House has really been leaning into the New Zealand hops in the past year or so, and I'm fairly certain this is the first one of those beers that I've tried. I already tried a can last week without reviewing and was quite impressed, so I'm guessing this one will score well. Let's dive right in
Pours a hazy deep gold with 3 fingers of creamy off white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves nice lacing
The nose is super bright, but strikes a delicate balance not often seen in Nelson and similar hops. I'm picking up on aromas of lime zest, papaya, peach rings, dank weed, crackery malt, orange blossom honey, pineapple juice, light grass, and white grape skin
While less nuanced in taste, this is still damn good. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting lime zest, white grape skin, papaya, grassy hops, orange zest, bready malt, and light honey. The swallow brings notes of papaya, peach skin, lime zest, orange blossom honey, tangerine, pineapple juice, weedy hops, light vanilla, and white grape skin
A medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a smooth beer with a bite. Finishes mostly dry and nicely balanced
I haven't been this impressed with a newer Tree House NEIPA in quite some time. I think I need to try more of their New Zealand beers
