Free Smile is a beer brewed to showcase the work of our friends at Freestyle Hops in Upper Moutere, New Zealand.
We use their hops exclusively in this beer during every step of the brewing process, including a healthy dose of Cascade in the mash! Featuring Rakau, Waimea, Nelson, and New Zealand-grown Cascade, Free Smile is just oozing with that sunny citrus and juicy white wine character that we love so much about the hops grown in the land of the long white cloud.
Pouring an appealing juice-like yellow color into your glass, Free Smile will elicit a big smile with its notes of mixed tropical fruit, juicy white wine, and varied citrus. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it for you and that it can transport you to a place of lush green rolling hills, sunshine, and a slower pace of life.

12oz pour in Tewksbury.
Presents cloudy yellow with a moderate head and retention. Pungent nose with plenty of dankness and unripe citrus.
Medium body with a soft mouthfeel.
Unripe peach, mango, orange on the palate. Minimal malt or bitterness.
Another banger.

Had on tap at Sandwich. Pours milky gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is grass, hemp, and lemon lime. Medium body, moderate carbonation, bitter. Really good for a New Zealand forward beer. Dank but not crazy grassy.
