Pours opaque, cocoa brown in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is big peppermint candy cane, with chocolate and cocoa. Heavy body, moderate low carbonation, roasty. If you like candy canes you will love this. I am on the fence with mint, which is really strong here. This is not mouthwash strong, would be something I crave in December but now...
