Bright White Dawn is a New Zealand IPA that uses an extraordinary dose of Rakau, Wakatu, and Nelson hops throughout the brewing process and is a companion beer to Bright White Sun utilizing our tried and true hopping process. Pouring a milky yellow color into your glass, it primes your senses for the tropical experience to come. We enjoy notes of papaya, lemon-lime, Sauvignon Blanc, and juicy orange with a thirst-quenching bitterness to entice your next sip. Bright White Dawn was brewed to accompany us to New Zealand and we can’t wait to share this delight with the growers who make such a wonderful beer possible.
