For this rendition, we’ve taken bucket loads of Galaxy grown exclusively by our friends at Hop Products Australia in their Victorian hop garden, Rostrevor. Rostrevor sits 300 kilometers north of Melbourne on the banks of the Buffalo River. This warm and sunny climate produces incredible Galaxy, showcased here with notes of overripe pineapple, juicy mango, and sweet lemon with a proper bitterness on the finish.

My college buddy brought a couple tall boy cans of Tree House beer to share at a House Party for the OSU vs ORE game.....which OSU lost by a point. It poured a hazy yellowish with white head that left some lace. The scent and taste had exotic tropical fruit presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer!

16oz can dated 4/12/24.
Pours opaque yellow with an inch-plus head of dense white. Plenty of tattered lacing and persistent retention. Pungently aromatic with white grape, lemon-lime, candied grapefruit, peach. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Candied peach, mango, pineapple, orange on the palate. Finishes with minimal malt and a solid bitterness.
