Following primary fermentation, this carefully managed batch of Woodstock Pilsner receives a judicious dose of Peacharine hops, contributing notes of white peach, mango, and white wine with a pleasing bitterness. Upon pouring, its radiant straw-yellow hue captures the eye, balanced by a creamy, palatable effervescence. It’s designed to be the perfect accompaniment to introspection or simple pleasure.
