Jewel of the Sea is an American double IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7. For this beer, we utilized a legendary English base malt called Pearl. Pearl is a traditional English variety known for its slightly bready and sweet flavor.
Pouring a glowing orange color into your glass, Jewel of the Sea carries notes of orange marmalade, honey, pineapple, and apricot over a base of toasty sweet malt flavor.

We are big fans of foggy IPAs and this was a good one. Great taste and smell. Tree House always does a good job and this was another great beer

Canned only FOUR days before I cracked it open to sample it - can't get fresher than that!!!
Pours a completely opaque dirty straw color with a finger of head. The nose has notes of overripened fruit pulp along with a nicely contrasting pithy essence. The flavor profile is more bready than most TH IPAs. Along with the distinct malt qualities, there is an underlying grapefruit note that lingers long into the finish. The bitterness is more potent than most TH offerings.
I really liked this one.
