Sparked by the awe-inspiring landscapes of New Zealand, Indigo Rose is a triple IPA that further encapsulates our enthusiasm for this island wonder. A companion to its preceding kin—Sapphire Rose and Opalescent Rose—Indigo Rose showcases the arresting characteristics of Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, and Wakatu hops, each contributing to a harmonious, innovative flavor profile. Nelson Sauvin hops bring the essence of white grape, Waimea adds a hint of citrus zest and woody undertones, while Wakatu hops complete the experience with a burst of mixed tropical fruits. Indigo Rose invites you to embrace a journey into the unknown. Each sip beckons you to explore the landscapes of your world, venturing into new places and experiences.

Pours a pale, yellow with light flat orange mixed in. Nice thumb sized white head laces well.
Aroma is soft mellon mingled with mixed fruit cup. So soft pleasant mellow fruits mingled nothing standing out. Finish is a lingering citrus rind bitterness with a medium bite.
Mouthfeel is medium smooth carbonation.
Overall nice way drinking the 9% is well hidden

On tap in Tewksbury.
Presents opaque, turbid gold with a moderate head and retention. Pungent aromatics filled with orange, peach, mango. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. A mix of ripe and unripe citrus on the palate with minimal malt and a balancing bitterness. Dried mango, peach, pineapple.
Finishes juicy and a bit raw.

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly malty, white wine grape, slightly earthy, and an overripe orange-grapefruit citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a murky-soft, trop-hoppy, malty-sweet, and a floral, lemony-orange citrus bitter finish. As it warms, the sturdy malt backbone starts to dominate the hop expression a bit...but this happens with most Tree House hazies IMO. Also, a little more of that overripe fruit character pops out along with a touch of boozy heat. Good stuff!
