We are never satisfied with the status quo. Our journey thus far reflects this sentiment: a path marked with ups and downs, filled with moments of triumph and despair. These experiences serve as the proving ground where true understanding is cultivated and arises from the process of trial and error, a space where mistakes are not merely missteps but valuable lessons. They serve as the catalyst that inspires innovation and creativity, propelling us forward. As brewers, we ground ourselves in unwavering focus, relentless work ethic, and an innate connection to our craft. Even as we dedicate ourselves to tireless work in the brewhouse, our passion for brewing has led us beyond the confines of our walls on multiple journeys across the globe.

Poured from a can dated 6/11/24
Cloudy straw yellow color, fluffy white head, decent lacing and cap
Aromas of peach, apricot and earthy notes
Taste is stone fruits and a faint hint of anise
Mouthfeel is light ish, and fairly one dimensional as in dry. Low carbonation and little bitterness
Overall its a good beer and very drinkable

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly malty-earthy, peachy-stonefruit, and an orange-tangerine citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a earthy-hoppy malty, and a citrus bitter finish. This is pretty good with a wonderful mouthfeel. I just wish the malt use was toned down and the Peacharine influence was turned up. As with most TH hazies, the malt use overshadows any real hop expression.

Had on tap at Sandwich. Pours milky, gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is apricot and starfruit. Medium body, moderate carbonation, bitter. Not bad but no need to make this one a regular offering. Solid but otherwise unremarkable.
