Juice Project Supreme is a rendition of Juice Project featuring our freshest 2024 Nelson Sauvin selections and a complementary dose of Citra. Featuring the largest cold-side dry-hop charge of our regular offerings—essentially double that of our core beers—and a new-to-us ultra-pale base malt, Juice Project Supreme pours a milky yellow color into your glass. It hits the palate with overwhelmingly juicy notes of orange juice and sweet tropical fruits. It represents the latest milestone for our brewing and ingredient-sourcing capabilities. We are thrilled to share this beer with you and hope it brings you the same joy as it does us.

L - pours a hazy straw yellow with a milky glow sinking to the bottom of the glass. Bone white head with some extra floof. It's a good-looking beer.
S - ripe stone fruits and vinous character. Musty citrus pith and a splash of honeydew melon.
T - tangy OJ essence dances between vanilla and rind. Pointed bitterness delicately balanced atop a mountain of red grapes and peaches. There's an underlying herbaceousness that really ties it all together. There's something to enjoy for everybody.
F - creamy and milkshakey. Loves swishing it between the teefs. Feels like one long continuous velvet-clad fruit rollup.
O - potent, yet well-balanced. Any booze heat or hoppiness is immediately softened by overripe juiciness. Nice to see so much character and variety with Nelson hops at its core.

Aroma and flavor is a bit too muted for what i expect from TH. The appearance is a little sickly pale, not too appetizing but the head is fine. Flavor is good but short and tame. Drinks a little too easy and simple for the ABV. If I'm ingesting 8% ABV I want it to be worth it.

Pours cloudy gold with an inch-plus head of white. Moderate retention and lacing. Dank citrus in the nose. Hard peaches, white grapes. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. A bit raw and green on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. White grapeskins, unripe peach. Finishes fairly dry and a bit pithy.
