Experimentation, evolution, and innovation have been critical to our efforts since we started brewing in the kitchen over fifteen years ago. Today, that energy continues with a fresh round of Curiosity, number 143, featuring a new-to-us yeast interacting with Simcoe, Peacharine, and Amarillo hops. 143 pours a milky yellow color into the glass and carries notes of familiar creamy tropical cocktails like piƱa colada and Brazilian Batida. Surprisingly, the beer finishes dry despite the original sweet punch, which keeps the next sip on your mind.

16oz can.
Pours cloudy gold with an inch of white fluff. Tart peach with faint grapefruit in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. A bit pithy on the palate with unripe peach, pineapple skin, grapefruit zest. Finishes with a firm bitterness and citrus pith.

Canning date 7/26/2024. Another lovely NE DIPA. Densely hazed, lots of tropical and stone fruit on the nose and palate, soft and smooth on the finish.
