Nestled in southwestern Colorado, Billy Goat Hop Farm is known for sustainably growing top-quality hops over its 32 acres. The farm’s unique geography yields a singular character to its hop varietals like Cascade, which, in turn, transforms into the refreshingly delicious beer in your glass. For the beer in this can, we traveled to Chris & Audrey's farm specifically to bring you a Colorado-grown wet hop beer. Trail Wet Hop Billy Goat Cascade was wet-hopped with bucket loads of fresh Cascade we helped pick in the field. From there, we covered them in a blanket of protective nitrogen and drove straight to Tree House in a refrigerated Sprinter van before adding them directly to this beer. This characterful pils pours a golden yellow.

12oz can.

Pours faintly hazy yellow with a dense head of white. Plenty of tattered lacing and persistent retention. Leafy, green Cascade smells like an uber-fresh pale ale from the 90's. Almost medium bodied with a somewhat crisp mouthfeel. Grassy citrus on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Finishes fairly dry and a bit watery.
