Pours clear yellow with an inch of white head. Moderate retention and lacing. Leafy and green with peach skins in the nose. Faint bread ends. Light bodied with a thinnish mouthfeel. Chlorophyll on the palate with wet hay and proofing dough. Finishes with minimal malt or bitterness and fairly watery.
