Paradisi showcases the exceptional potential of a novel hop cultivated by our friends at Freestyle Hops in Upper Moutere, New Zealand. Inspired by an incredible sensory experience in the field, this beer showcases that there is plenty left to discover through breeding With a bright, prominent grapefruit aroma leading the way, Paradisi unfolds into a complex array of tropical fruits—think juicy guava, zesty orange, and mango. A tropical melon aroma, creamy vanilla, sweet citrus notes, and zesty grapefruit accents enhance the journey. A subtle dankness evolves alongside, adding depth and intrigue, while a whisper of pine lingers in the background, reminiscent of classic American Cascade. Perfect for sharing with those you cherish.

It is indeed a hazy!
Deep orange in color with a super thick, frothy, sticky, white head. Nose is juicy citrus, punchlike. Taste is soft, fruity, citrus flavors, but not as strong as I thought from the nose. Nice bitterness on tongue.

Canned 10/24/2024. I was most impressed with this new Tree House brew. Lovely on the nose and palate, with a nice touch of dankness as well as tropical fruit. What impressed me the most was the amazingly soft mouth feel and finish. Delicious.

Pours hazy pale gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is grapefruit and dragon fruit. Medium light body, moderate carbonation, bitter. Interesting combination of hops. One of their better newer beers. Nothing I would reach for over the classics but good.
