Cloud Piercer showcases the potential of a novel hop called Paridisi, cultivated by our friends at Freestyle Hops in Upper Moutere, New Zealand. Paired with Peacharine and a hint of Waimea, it hits your palate with a complex array of tropical fruits—think juicy guava, zesty orange, and mango. The inclusion of Peacharine brings notes of summer stone fruit, while a subtle hint of Waimea provides a foundation of citrus peel and delicate woody undertones. Cloud Piercer embodies our commitment to crafting innovative beers that celebrate the creativity of our hop growing partners around the world

Poured into a 12 Pilsner glass canned on 11/28/24. Pours an attractive hazy yellow orange with a finger sticky white head that leaves a thick ring of lace, with nice retention. 4.75
Aroma is peach, passionfruit, papaya, mango, mandarin, an hint of dank grass, and apricot very pleasant and something a tad different from all the other juice bombs. 4.5
Taste follows peach, passionfruit, papaya, mango, mandarin, a little dank marijuana, and apricot a tad unique but for me in a good way. 4.5
Mouthfeel above medium, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 7.2% it drinks a tad bigger but extremely approachable. 4.5
Overall I am really digging this sauce. Peach is for most dominant, but it really is a slightly interesting flavor combo, that works for me. 4.5
