Faith In A Positive Outcome utilizes the base of Silver Fern to introduce a new hop variety we are excited to try out called Elani. Elani is a lovely and expressive hop that puts out notes of citrus and stone fruit with hints of guava, white peach, and orange zest throughout the tasting experience. A creamy body and decadent head allow you to drink with your eyes before enjoying the juiciness of this little riff. This rendition contains guava!

Typical turbid gold with moderate head and retention. Big Guave in the nose with a myriad of tropicals following through. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Ripe, juicy citrus on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Guava, mango, peach. Finishes ripe and juicy.
