The Prodigal Haze Part VII continues our exploration of intense hop character, combining the beloved Citra and Peacharine hops with Paradisi and Lotus for an extraordinary flavor journey. Brewed with a focus on low whirlpool temperatures and massive whirlpool additions, this iteration brings forth aromas of vibrant tropical fruit, soft white peach, and bright citrus. Pouring a pale yellow, akin to Part VI, this hazy beauty is a feast for the eyes and palate. The interplay of tropical and stone fruit notes unfolds with each sip, evolving over a vanilla-like florality. Our house yeast then bolsters the subtle creaminess of exotic Paradisi and Lotus’s unique profile.

Pours a very hazy, almost turbid pale yellow color with a creamy white head that provides ropes of lacing. Beautiful hazy.
The nose is heavy on tropical citrus aromas, including ripe orange, pineapple, and passion fruit, and there’s more than a bit of peach.
That peach flavor is even more pronounced on the taste, and is a delicious complement to the citrus flavors, with the creamy oats providing balance. Exceptionally delicious.
The mouthfeel is rich and chewy, fitting the beer perfectly. This is crammed with juicy, delicious fruit flavors, and is dangerously drinkable at 9% ABV. World class stuff, IMHO.
