There were only two stipulations—single IPA, and no Citra. In preparation for this hop bomb, we started with a fortified grist, creating mellow notes of honeycomb and caramel. With Citra out of the mix, we jam-packed this beer with a slew of unsung heroes, all selected by hand. The aromas were so striking we gave the hops an encore, altered our cellar procedure, and dry hopped it twice. No Citra, No Problem pours a vibrant orange, with lip-smacking notes of sticky mango, dank papaya, and citrus peel. As the beer opens up, the amplified hop charge evolves into bright melon aromas, peach, and a hint of bubblegum.

Picked up at Deerfield 3/8 and cracked 3/30. Pours a rich golden murk glug glug with a beautiful sustained head that was sticky sweet down the side of my glass. Aroma is peach mango: taste follows with a sweet dull fruit salad (yeah no citra), feel is soft, some dry smacky for TH, getting some dank as it warms. Maybe it’s super hopped and the mild soft weed comes through. In the pantheon of great TH, this is a 4, knowing TH pushes the high end of expectations. Yes, I would in a heart beat marry Kathy Ireland, even with her best friends with Kim Alexis, Elle McPherson, and Kelly Emberg. An embarrassment of riches at TH!

Can dated 2/20/25, drank 3/17/25
Pours a pale orange with lots of carbonation. Aromas of peach and weed as it warms. Tropical fruit on the palate with the unmistakeable signature treehouse taste. No complaints

Poured into a 16 oz Snulip glass canned on 2/20/25. Pours a very attractive hazy yellow orange with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves thick streaks of lace with excellent retention. 4.5
Aroma is peach, passionfruit, mango, mandarin, and apricot. 4.25
Taste peach, passionfruit, mango, mandarin, and apricot. 4.25
Mouthfeel is about average, maybe a little dry, soft carbonation, and at 7.4% it goes rather easy with bigger flavor. 4.25
Overall this is another good one from one of the best. 4.25
