L - Deep black with a thin dark tan head that dissipates quickly, leaving behind no real lacing
S - Roasted coffee and dusty cocoa, bakers chocolate, slight nuttiness, slight oak, and some sweet bourbon
T - Roasted coffee and cocoa up front and throughout intermixed well with a slight nuttiness and roast from toasted coconut, slight oak from the barrel. Not a ton of bourbon. As it warms the toasted coconut becomes more pronounced.
F - Full bodied with minimal carbonation. Smooth, creamy, but not as sticky/heavy as Truth or Double Barrel Truth.
O - A fantastic barrel aged stout - dessert stout for sure as this is a sweet stout, but it's overall well done
