Woodstock Pilsner—Paradisi is a German-style pils brewed with a portion of Connecticut-grown malt and a healthy dose of a new hop variety from our friends at Freestyle. Following primary fermentation, this carefully managed batch of Woodstock Pilsner receives a judicious dose of Paradisi hops, contributing notes of white grapefruit, lemon-lime, and mixed tropical fruit.
