Look: hazy, straw, nice fluffy white head, excellent lacing
Smell: citrusy, citrus peel, pine
Taste: citrus peel, mango, pine resin, tangy stone fruit
Feel: med plus body, well carbonated, bitter, dry
Overall: 7.4% abv on the can. This baby is citrus peel strong. Very bitter up front. The bitterness tamps down and a tangy stone fruit flavor resonates further into the session. Great brew that pairs well with Milk by Jimmie's Chicken Shack.

Canned 5/20/2025. From the Tree House website: "Milky Sap is a rendition of our iconic IPA brewed to carry an even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. It encompasses the sum of all the knowledge we have gained experimenting with new malt, yeast, and processes over the last two years. You may wonder what separates this beer from the original Sap—well, just about everything. We utilize a softer water profile, torrified grains, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 35% larger than the original. Pouring a milky yellow-orange color into your glass it leads with pine resin, sweet mango, and citrus peel notes before finishing with a firm, short-lasting bitterness. It's a stunner. We hope this innovative take on a classic hits the right notes for you. Enjoy!" Really excellent NE IPA.
