This opaque, almost glowing orange brew does something earlier reviewers seem unimpressed by, but is a beautiful development to me: it takes the usual Tree House soft mouthfeel and saturated flavor, and instead of getting lost in pursuit of tropical fruit, goes more for bitter. I have tried a great many Treehouse offerings, and they do their thing very well. But for my palate, they often seem to go for tropical "juice" so much that other flavors don't get their moment.
Not so here, despite their describing this one too as tropical and juicy. It's Citra and Galaxy, and those two combine to delicious effect here. There's some fruit, but more dankness than their usual, and a very present, very pleasant bitterness. The best part is that the bitterness lingers quite some time.
This one delivers what I always feel is lacking in their (still, really stellar) beers. It's a really bitter-prominent hop voyage I am all up for. This is definitely among my favorites to date, and feels like a combo of some trademark Tree House New England IPA characteristics, but with a deep and savory lineup of impressive bitterness. It feels like a close cousin to Tree House' Sap.

Picked up a single can as part of a mixed twelve pack at Tree House Brewery in Sandwich, Massachusetts. Canned on date of 6/6/25. My three hundred and seventy second brew from these guys. Just ok for me.

Had on tap at Sandwich. Pours hazy, orange gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is pine, tangerine and dank hops. Moderate carbonation, bitter, moderate body. Ok to good, not great. Nothing I breed a four of.
